Our initial objective is to learn about the unique character and specific needs of your team or organisation. Once this has been achieved we design a change process to focus on the key developmental areas. These may include: organisational structure; communication styles; role definition and setting organisational objectives.

This process usually involves a mixture of individual coaching or mentoring and group consultation and training sessions.

 A timeframe for change is established and the developmental process monitored regularly to keep costs within agreed budgets.

Finally, a review is conducted to measure the benefits of the development process as an aid for management evaluation and as a springboard for further action.
