We provide an extensive range of innovative Support Options to suit your particular support needs. We are committed to making our support services as flexible and available to customers in ways that respect their business or organisational policies. All support services (including Insight Mentoring & Coaching) are available through one (or more) of the following options and integrated into a total Support Programme:
• I-Support – Individual Support - featuring face-to-face meetings with review and progression.
• V-Support – Virtual Live Support – featuring telephone, i-chat (instant messaging) or video-conference sessions, followed by review and progression.
• E-Support – Email Support - featuring online (Email) Insight Mentoring or Coaching sessions, followed by review and progression.
Our emphasis is on building a partnership with our customers - to best integrate our consultancy and training services with your unique business goals.
Mentoring or Coaching programmes can be placed in a context of the company becoming a "learning organisation", as this is at the heart of such developmental relationships.
The programmes can also be integrated with an organisation’s proactive approach to tackling work-related stress, and in line with the recommendations of the Health and Safety Executive detailed in their document “Real Solutions: Real People” (2003).
