Peter Rawlings,

Peter (B.A., M.Sc.) is a founder of the company and is Company Director and Principal Consultant.  Peter has been in practice as a counsellor since 1985 and is a well-known counsellor in the South West of England and an experienced counselling supervisor and trainer.

Peter specialises in mentoring & coaching, counselling & counselling supervision and the broader spectrum of human relations issues. He focuses on the application of psychologically sophisticated techniques to facilitate personal insight and creative change and is the creator of our Insight Mentoring Service.

Peter was a core tutor for the Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling at the University of Bristol (BACP Accredited training) from 1993 to 2004.

Peter is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of the Association of Humanistic Practitioners (AHP), a Certified Trainer for the EQ Map (Q-Metrics, USA), a Graduate of the evidence-based Authentic Happiness Coaching Programme (USA) and has a special interest in developing positive strengths-based organisations and businesses.
