Procounsel Associates was founded in 1996 as specialists in human relations, including employee counselling solutions and coaching.
Peter Rawlings, Director & Principal Consultant, has been a professional counsellor since 1986 and has 11 years experience of working within business and organisational environments at director and CEO level.
Peter leads change programmes for team and organisational development and uses coaching as a key part of this service.
